It will be more stable than the USB port that comes with the computer itself. The reason is that most of the USB ports of a computer come out of the south bridge of the motherboard. This card directly comes out of the independent USB chip through the PCIE slot directly connected to the CPU, eliminating the south bridge as an intermediate link, which is more efficient and has lower wear and tear
