Lekuo After Sales Policy

Lekuo is dedicated to ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our global customers. This After Sales Policy outlines the procedures for returns, refunds, exchanges, warranty, and support for purchases made at www.lekuo.com, complying with international consumer laws.

 

1. Returns

Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags.

• Non-returnable items include "Final Sale" products (e.g., personalized or perishable goods) and items restricted by local regulations.

Return Process

1.Request a Return: Contact support@lekuo.com within 30 days to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization.

2.Pack the Item: Securely package the item with all accessories.

3.Ship the Return:

a.Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect (Lekuo provides a prepaid label in such cases).

b.Use a trackable shipping service.

4.Inspection: Returns are inspected within 5-7 business days. Approved returns proceed to refund or exchange.

 

2. Refunds

Eligibility

• Refunds are issued for approved returns within 10 business days to the original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to Lekuo’s error.

Exclusions

• No refunds for items damaged by misuse or failure to follow care instructions.

• Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Currency

• Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency. Slight variations may occur due to exchange rates.

• Refunds via platforms like PayPal or Stripe are processed through the same platform.

 

3. Exchanges

Eligibility

• Exchanges are available within 30 days, subject to stock availability.

• Follow the return process to initiate an exchange.

• Lekuo covers shipping for exchanges due to defective or incorrect items; otherwise, customers pay shipping.

 

4. Warranty

Warranty Period

• Lekuo offers a 1-year warranty starting from the shipping date for all eligible products.

• The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

• To claim warranty service, contact support@lekuo.com with proof of purchase and details of the issue. Photos or additional information may be requested.

• Lekuo will repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion) defective items at no cost to the customer, including shipping.

Warranty Exclusions

• The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

• Non-returnable items (e.g., "Final Sale" products) are not covered by the warranty.
